Excercise

Hey y'all!

Lately I did one of the worst things ever, weighed myself. I was at a weight that I am no way comfortable being. So, I started seriously exercising and trying to manage it. I have, for the most part, quit snacking in between meals and walking on the treadmill for an hour as well as doing some exercises that I found on Pinterest and will post below.

I do not do all of them like the ones with the dumbbells or jump squats but holy crap does V Crunches hurt!

I do most of them except the runner's lunge or the reverse lunge since I just did 15 reps of lunges which burn at the end of them.

This is my cool down circuit which I follow up with 5 minutes of walking because I read on web MD that it helps with soreness.

USA Network

Hey y'all!
I am very annoyed with my local channel that shows CW because they had some stupid basketball game on during Reign. I do not like basketball. I like Reign.
We are going to think of the positives regarding television. Two positives spawn from USA Network which are titled Chrisley Knows Best and Sirens.

Let me get this off of my chest. I love this family and glad to have the Little Couple back on TLC. They are adorable and cute and I love Asian babies along with babies in general. 

The Chrisley family is the Keeping Up With the Kardashians of the south plus more visible morals. They are just as funny to me but on a different level. The dad, Todd, is so opinionated and does not have any sort of filter. He is big brother with trackers and assistants to tell him when his children are misbehaving. It is crazy. They will be one of my new favorite families.

Sirens is a TV remake. I just learned this fact as I googled for the picture above. Knowing that TV shows are a remake is different than knowing that a movie is a remake. I think that it might have something to do with the fact that we hold TV shows on a different level and expect them to be new and original. With that aside, it is hilarious. The three paramedics have an interesting, comedic dynamic.

Reign, The Consummation

There was so much in the new episode of Reign. I do not know where to begin other than I knew it!

 

This girl, she proved what I knew. Clarissa is not dead. I knew that she was alive when her eyes did not shut at the end of last week's episode. Friendly tip to all of you, if you want someone dead, slit their throat. Do not just hit them with a rock. No, it just doesn't work. 

I guess next would be bash because he knew my friendly tip. He slit the throat of a guy on the worst day of his life. Does anyone else find it crazy that an episode is only like a day's time? I can not believe it. Think about Bash's day. He started of thinking that the Queen was going to die to be surprised by a visit from Mary's mom who prompted Mary agreeing to elope. This wedding did not occur when Francis showed up at the chapel which erupted a fight of Mary who became intrigued by the new prophecy which should have been a sign to Bash that the relationship was over. Bash was then broken up with, exiled and watched his brother make love to the woman he loves before killing two men because he thought that they were going to kill him. Does anyone else think that he is just the tiniest bit paranoid?

This photo just makes me want to cry. After everything between these two, they are finally together! For the moment, happy.I know that it won't last forever, but it is just great to see them happy for those few moments.

I am scared to see what is going to happen now.

Are You the One? Perfect Matches

Hey y'all!

So I posted about the new MTV show, Are You the One, before and I have been trying so hard to figure out who has been matched with whom. I am 99% sure that I have figured it out! This show is so strange. I pulls at the heart strings while making you made at contestants while laughing. It is such a crazy mixture of emotions.

I don't like Shanley but I feel bad for her because how much she stupidly fell for Chris T. She knew they weren't a match since week one but she continued to be around him and had sex with him. Hello?! If you have even the smallest amount of feelings for a guy, any type of sexual relations will intensify the feelings. Stupid girl.
Since determining who matches with whom, I feel for John Jacobs. He has invested huge amounts of feelings towards Jacy, and its not gonna be a match. The moments where people who have feelings for each other and go to the truth booth for it to say "No Match" is sad like with Dre and Ashleigh.
Kayla is such a blah for lack of a better word. She goes back and forth between Ryan and Wes. She clearly knows that Wes is her perfect match since she keeps picking him at match up ceremonies.
Some of these people are just aggravating.

Have you ever wondered what songs mean? Here is what I thing 2 top songs mean.
Number 1: Happy by Pharrell Williams.

-So what I get from this is: he thinks that he is perceived as crazy for being in love with a girl that he thinks is as pretty as sunshine. He does not care about where he goes in a hot air balloon which technically speaking can never take you to space because the atmosphere will kill you and the balloon.

-Literally, he is so happy that nothing said can deplete his levels of happiness. Is the girl his happiness? Or is "she" happiness? What do y'all think? This song is mostly repetition. It is also number one on iTunes right now. Really. 
Number 2: Dark Horse by Katy Perry (ft Juicy J)

-Its basically a warning to whomever at this part. "Chose carefully" then it goes on to say that it is whomever's choice of how she is to them. It is like in life when we say I can be a friend or an enemy but in a song. Never realized it.
Chorus and Part 2:  "So you wanna play with magic, boy, you should know what you're falling for baby do you dare to do this? Cause I’m coming at you like a dark horse, are you ready for, ready for a perfect storm, perfect storm cause once you’re mine, once you’re mine there’s no going back." Mark my words; this love will make you levitate like a bird, like a bird without a cage. -She furthers the warning. I am getting a vibe that if you dare hurt me I will hurt you in a much more physical manner. Or she is gonna lock him in her basement and throw away the key. It's debatable.

-It is the guys choice as to what happens now. She wants him to think before he acts like in a chess game. Then the message is reassured that it is basically life or death decision with no in between. It is very causal.
Final bit: Uh, she’s a beast. I call her Karma. She eats your heart out like Jeffrey Dahmer. Be careful, try not to lead her on shorty’s heart is on steroids cause her love is so strong. You may fall in love when you meet her. If you get the chance you better keep her, she's sweet as pie but if you break her heart, she'll turn cold as a freezer. That fairy tale ending with a knight in shining armor, she can be my Sleeping Beauty. -Well things got serious now. Juicy J has summed this song up to being about karma. You hurt the girl, she hurt you. I think the lyric about she is a sweetie pie until you hurt her is quite accurate for all girls. That is how we are. We hold grudges, constantly seek revenge and will cut you if you remotely hurt us. This song is what I have now discovered to be a message about that for all boys. It is Katy Perry's PSA to all boys. I love it.  
So today, I have learned that Pharrell Williams is happy. Katy Perry wants to protect all from broken hearts. The world is spinning with people clapping as dark horses roam the world. Let me know if you want more of these.

   They were bashing on their coach after Meryl and Charlie won.

5. Meryl and Charlie are sadly not dating

   

   This is supposedly Charlie White's girlfriend.

6. Track stars make good bobsledders who are great at breaking down doors

   

   If you are unaware, a group of girls from summer
   Olympics track started a bobsledding team.

Really Boys?

Hey y'all!

So I do not totally understand something, how is it that Tucker West and Nick Goepepper do not have girlfriends? Unless they are secretly total jerks or have just not tried to date, they should have been had girls to date. They are too hot to have to result to a hashtag on Twitter and daddy on the Today Show asking for girls. Personally I do not think those are the best means to find a girl but hey its their life.

 

How have these guys continued to be single? I do not understand because a) they have pretty smiles b) they seem to have a heart and c) which for me is a must, they are driven. The thing that I love most about Olympians or major athletes is that they are driven and passionate about something which will transfer to a relationship making it stronger as long as both people work for it.

 For extra man candy it is Mr Roman Schaad of Switzerland on the left and gold medal winner Joss Christensen on the right.

  Roman is just so pretty. Joss is extremely awkward in selfies which is just adorable to me. Oh goodness my girliness is coming out.
